@Siaki, welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi @Siaki. I'm glad to see you here again. I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for your efforts while trying the steps posted above, and I'm sorry that you're going through this situation. While currently we don't have more details when your phone will fully work with the Fitbit app, we can try other steps to try getting it connected:

  1. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Then, go back one screen and tap on force stop.
  4. Verify that the Fitbit app and your phone are updated to the latest version.
  5. Reboot your phone one more time.
  6. Open the Fitbit app and try setting up y our Charge 2 as a new device.

Give it a try and if the issue persists, my best suggestion is to use a supported device so you can update your information in your account.

Keep me posted. Robot Happy
