Charge 2 won't connect to mobile phone

Hi all my charge 2 is currently 8 months old it recently started to fail to connect to my phone a Hawie (I apologise for the spelling) so followed all of the advice and now my phone cannot find my charge 2 at all please help

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Thank you for replying unfortunately I've tried all of your suggestions they haven't worked my phone is a Hawie and the fitbit app and charge 2 worked very well unfortunately up till about 6wks ago it started to play up and then failed to connect completely with the phone I have tried everything you have suggested but unfortunately it doesn't work
