Hi, I have had my charge 2 for 8 months and everything has worked perfectly. Now it won't connect to my phone's Bluetooth. Can anyone help me.

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file:

Thanks Steve my tracker is syncing with my phone but my phone can't find the tracker through Bluetooth. Is that a contradiction I'm not sure.

Hi Rosiepolo. I am having a similar problem. I can sync my Fitbit app with my Charge 2, thus I was able to update my activities in the Fitbit app but my Bluetooth in my mobile cannot locate my Charge 2. Did you manage to resolve your problem, if yes can you please let me know what steps I should take. Thanks in advance. Cheers.
