Help! I have been having problems with my Charge 2 tracker. A couple of months ago, the wristband broke, and the first replacement one didn't work. I ordered another one, and this one works quite well. However, during the time I couldn't wear the fitbit, its battery ran down. I recharged it when I got the working wristband, but it came back with the wrong date and time. I have tried resetting this, but nothing works. It won't pair with my smartphone - the phone says it has found the device, but then it can't connect to it - and I can't seem to pair it with my Windows 10 computer either. I can't find any way to reset the time and date. This is so frustrating, I'm ready to scrap this thing.

I'm having this same problem, been trying for days to sync it as it has both the wrong date and time and I have it as a paired device but will not connect!
