Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Costyy. I'm sorry to hear your Charge 2 didn't connect to the phone and I'm glad to hear that you were able to connect it.

Select Restart, then OK.
Click the Action Center icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Tap on the All Settings tile after that.
Then go to Devices.
Select Bluetooth from the left-hand column and ensure the Bluetooth switch is in the On position to the right.
