Hi
I had the Charge 2 over a year and sync with my updated iPhone SE.
Recently I notice it stop syncing because it cannot locate the Charge 2. So I check the Bluetooth section and it not connected.
So I remove the Charge 2 from the Bluetooth list (Forget this device) and then I remove the Charge 2 from my account in Fitbit.
I did a quick reset on the Charge 2 and it show the firmware version. I've restart my phone, turn my bluetooth on and off, reinstall the app.
When I go to Set Up a Device, it won't locate the Fitbit. I hold the button while it trying to locate and it still no luck it doesn't say the www.fitbit.com/setup, it only show the firmware version and back to the normal tracking page on my Charge 2.
I download the app on my iPad and it does the same thing, it cannot locate the Fitbit Charge 2, I use my wife's phone and her account to search for the Fitbit Charge 2 and still no luck.
So it look like I have a working Fitbit Charge 2 that doesn't feel unregistered and cannot connect / located to any device.
Can you please help me?

@itsMauSie A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. When setting up and syncing your tracker make sure no other bluetooth devices are nearby as they may interfere with the process. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there (not only the Charge 2). Restart your phone and restart your device and retry the setup.

Still no luck, my Charge 2 isn't showing the logo and www.fitbit.com/setup. It just show the normal page with current time and step like it hasn't been unregistered / formatted.

Did you get any solution? I am also facing the same problem.
