Got a new iPhone 2020 SE and can't get my old Charge 2 on its Bluetooth.

Hi @esande, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the setup issue that your Charge 2 has experienced with your new iPhone, make sure that you are setting it up through the Fitbit app, not through the Bluetooth of your phone directly.

 

Please follow the steps listed in this help article in order to set up your Charge 2 on your existing account.
