Charge 2 won't fully charge, discharges in a few hours

My Charge 2 is a few years old but it was working fine last week, with the battery lasting the usual 5 days, but after I charged it last Sunday it lost its whole battery the next day. I charged it again and it lasted only a few hours. I left it charging since but it seems that it can't fully charge as it doesn't go over 90% of the battery.

 

I though it might have been a firmware issue but I can't seem to update it. It is currently running firmware version 22.22.58.0

 

Please help me save her 😞
