Charge 2 won't hold a charge for more than a few hours

I've had my FitBit Charge 2 for a while but all of a sudden it will not hold a charge.  I plug it in the device indictaes a full battery but after about an hour or two it is totally drained.  Any thoughts

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not holding a charge. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

I am facing similar issue, but my fitbit charge2 battery charge won't hold more than 2-3 min. 

I tried cleaning all the contacts, tried restarting, tried restarting back to back 3-4 times. 

Battey shows full charge but as soon as I take out from charger my fitbit charge 2 will die out within 2-3 mins. When again connected to charger it shows battery full drained.
