My Charge 2 Fitbit is not holding a charge. I just took it off the charger, because it said it was at 100%, then after I re synced it to my app it was immediately at 72%, then I checked it one more time right after that and it was at 30%. All in the span of less than five minutes! What is going on?

mine has done exactly the same too. I’ve tried on the hints about cleaning and resetting but no luck. So frustrating 😡
