It's always worked great, went away this weekend charged before I left and it shut down. Tried to charge as soon as I got home and it will not hold charge. I did do the reset X3 as suggested. Please help less than 2 years old.

I did everything as suggested on the website and to no avail. Unfortunately, I put the watch on and within minutes it was dead again.

Please help, I am disabled and since having this watch I have increased my level of exercise 1000%, I was virtually idol and now am outside walking up to 10 times a day and my step count still goes up and down depending on my pain level.
