Hi, I my Charge 2 recently stopped recording my heart rate. It is out of warranty and I've been trying whole morning to troubleshoot. The website doesn't have any specific tips on this issue so I tried resetting it a few times, thinking it might be a syncing issue but it syncs perfectly. I tried logging in and out of the app, restarting my phone, switching the bluetooth on and off, etc. The heart rate is set on auto so I really don't know what the issue can be, because all the other features are working fine. If anyone has any advice, please share.
