I've uninstalled the app on my phone and I am trying to pair my phone with my son's apple iphone.  I've downloaded the app on his phone, the watch is fully charged and plugged in and his bluetooth is on but it's not recognising the device.  What do I do now? I've tried switching his bluetooth on and off and it makes no difference.

Did you remove it from your Bluetooth as well. It does not remove it from your Bluetooth. So you need to do that manually

 

Also make sure there are no  other fitbits around as they interfere with each other
