My Charge 2 started losing connection. So I deleted the device from the app and tried to reinstall. Now or won't pair at end of setup. Research shows this a very common problem (with no solutions by FitBit). I'm looking at buying 2 new devices but am leary of buying another Fitbit product. Anyone??

It does seem very much like their solution is to just buy another physical item. But with customer service like this I don't think I'll choose Fitbit. 😞 Which is sad because I have friends who I like to complete with on Fitbit. I think we may all end up switching.
