I got an iPhone XS recently and my Fitbit Charge 2 won't pair with it.

I've tried all the troubleshooting instructions, and it's still not pairing.

 

Does anyone have a solution for this?

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your can't pair your tracker with your iPhone XS. Not sure which troubleshoots you have tried but you can go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this retry the setup process.
