@AnthonyAmurao It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with pairing your Charge 2 with your phone. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi, I have the same problem. I have tried all what you have listed above and it didn't work.

I saw Samsung A7 is not compatible device. Why not???

What should A7 users do??

I solved my Charge 2 issue on my Samsung A8: final solution and I m perfeclty happy:

I bought a Garmin Vivosport for less than 99 Euro; it synces and pairs!

No issues encountered yet; so I recommend abandoning Fitbit....their competences and advices do not reach beyond...resetting...restarting....reinstalling....and so on....

I am having the same issues.

I have done everything you have suggested, yet still no change.

The message that appears, when I try to connect to Bluetooth is check settings for device. Bluetooth has been turned off on your charge 2
