Charge 2. And my heart rate won’t register and has been deleted from last week

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Terri-lynn. I'm sorry to hear that your heart rate is not registering on your Charge 2.

 

Are the green lights on? Have you checked that the heart rate monitor is on? What do you mean with has been deleted from last week?
