Charge 2 won't reset / show it's charging / pair with device

I got a new device and was trying to pair my device with my Charge 2. It couldn't be found. I've tried resetting, factory resetting and still am not able to get it to work.

Same. Newest version of software, new device. What gives? I've been having problems for months now. But at least my old phone would find my Charge 2. The bluetooth says it's there but the Fitbit app says NOPE.

Hi @Maldape when changing phones, if the old phone is around and on,  log out of the Fitbit app and remove the tracker from the phones bluetooth.

On the new phone

  • Install the Fitbit app
  • Log into your Fitbit account 
  • Accept any permissions requested.
  • The app should sync.
  • Now setup your notifications.

You do not pair a device to the phone, you setup the tracker to your Fitbit account, and when changing phones, their is no need to set it up again.
