For the last 2 or 3 days, my Charge 2 isn't resetting my steps each day. I've tried to do a factory reset and that doesn't do anything. Please help!

Hi Liliya, Thanks so much for your help. I spent hours yesterday messing around with this! I even cancelled my account and then reinstated it. On waking this morning I noticed my steps are now reset. So something I did worked! Thanks again for your time and assistance. 🙂
