For the last 2 or 3 days, my Charge 2 isn't resetting my steps each day. I've tried to do a factory reset and that doesn't do anything. Please help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Chesterieta13.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Charge 2 is not resetting your steps each day. Thank you for trying to resolve this and providing the additional details. I understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Confirm the steps to restart the device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Manually sync your tracker: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?

Let me know how it goes.

Hi Liliya, Thanks so much for your help. I spent hours yesterday messing around with this! I even cancelled my account and then reinstated it. On waking this morning I noticed my steps are now reset. So something I did worked! Thanks again for your time and assistance. 🙂
