My Charge 2 was off for about 2-3 months because I lost the cable. Recently found it again and so charged it up. It synced the first night and I kept trying to update it as it said that the device needed updating. It kept saying that it had failed and couldn't do it. The next day I tried to sync it again but wouldn't sync, kept saying it couldn't find the device. Troubleshooting that I have tried:
I don't want to have to buy yet another FitBit device as I'm more than happy with this one and can't afford another one right now. This is getting so frustrating and I have been trying for over a week now!
I really hope that someone can help as using the FitBit really does help to keep me on track with my fitness goals.

Update to the above as I got a bit wrong and no point asking for help if I don't give the right info!
When I try and reconnect my device/reset it up on my phone it says that it has found my tracker, then asks me to pair it so i put in the 4 digit code that shows up on my tracker and then a page comes up saying "Not working?" and to try again. But no matter how many times i try again it just keeps coming up with the same error.
My laptop still can't find it.
