Charge 2 won’t show heart rate. Just shows BPM—. The fit is CORRECT. I’ve restarted 3 times. I’ve re-synced. The heart rate was cleared to off and then reset to auto. All updates are current. I set it up as a new device. NOTHING has worked. All other settings work. What is the warrantee as I feel I have a defective tracker.

@Mmagoo, welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording heart rate and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. You can check the warranty details here.
