Charge 2 won't show the correct time

The date changes but the time won't. It says it last synced 6 days ago. I'm paired to my phone and to my computer. On the fitbit.com site there's nowhere to sync it. HELP!!

Hi, @Suemoore , do you have the Fitbit app on your phone?  Open the app and log in (if you haven’t already).  Logging in should force a sync.

 

Alternatively on your phone app click on the person photo/icon top left and then click on your Charge 2 picture.  On the charge 2 screen you should see “sync now”.

 

Please post again if any of this is unclear.

Thanks for your answer. My phone (Android) says it's not compatible. I have
the fitbit pair with my phone; go to fitbit.com and log in and there is
nowhere to sync. I can get to the dashboard and the date is correct. I've
checked my Windows 10 device manager and it's there.
I may put the app on my boyfriend's phone (Apple) and see what happens.
