Charge 2 won't stay connected

My charge 2 is no longer working. It has stopped working for the last 3 weeks. I connect it to the original charger it shows that it's full. After 2 minutes on my wrist after being fully charged it is completely dead. The back three flashing lights only has the top and bottom light flashing.

This is very frustrating I am looking into getting a different type of tracker. What can I do to fix this issue. I believe my charge 2 is only a year-and-a-half old.

Sorry to hear about this. Please restart your tracker by doing the following:

 

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Once again, I have tried all of these so many times. 

I got so frustrated I went and bought a new watch tracker from another company at a third of the price. 

I was so frustrated with this product. Probably won't but again.
