Charge 2 won't stay synced to Google Pixel 2

I switched from iPhone to pixel 2 in July. 2 weeks ago I noticed the charge 2 will only stay synced for about 2 hours. I tried reset, unpair/repair, reinstall app. Nothing works

@Vanlee  A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't properly syncing with your Pixel 2 phone. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
