Charge 2 won't stay synced to my huawei

Have restarted phone and the fitbit itself, have all day sync and always connected on, paired with Bluetooth etc. Fed up with having to delete my charge 2 from the app then re add it or delete the add and re download it etc. Have the huawei psmart 2019. Just won't stay synced! Help?

Is it on the supported list? If not it will not work correctly

 

It takes time to test new phones. I'm sure at some point it till be there

Right enough I don't see my device listed as compatible as of yet. Maybe falls under one of the devices with Bluetooth issues. Absolute nightmare as I've just got this phone with a 2 year contract.
