Charge 2 won’t stay synced

My Charge 2 randomly stopped being synced with my phone. I restarted it and opened the app and synced it again but it won’t stay synced for more than a couple minutes. Not sure how to fix it.

Hey @srbailey32, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If your Charge 2 is experiencing syncing issues, I'd like you to first of all, let me know which phone are you using. Is it a compatible device? In the meantime, please take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? to solve this.

I have a Charge 2 and Flex. The only time it synchs is after restarting my phone. I have a Google Pixel 3 XL.  Sometimes hours later, other times just minutes later, it stops synching. The Bluetooth will show that the device is connected, but it won't synch and the app says it can't find a device. Ridiculous that I have to restart my phone multiple times a day just to get it to synch.
