Charge 2 won't sync nor connect to GPS

any one had similar issues ?  any fixes tried everything suggested on the web

@woodrowmckane Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Not sure which troubleshoots you followed but you can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Samsung a9 was working fine b4 fitbit software upgrade . Have tried all
suggestions on the net inc what u have sent..
