I have tried:
- Restarting the bluetooth on the phones (2 different operating systems).
- Restarting the fitbit device.
- Plugging the dongle into the laptop and trying to sync this way.
- Restarting laptop with bluetooth off then turning it on.
- Using a different dongle.
- Removing the device from being paired with the account.
It now will not connect to anything.
It has been playing up for the past few weeks (since downloading the new operating system for my phone) and now I can't get anything.
I have asked my I.T. partner to help and he is struggling for next step ideas.
We have scoured these pages to see what else we can try with no luck.
Please help! I am missing my tracking and other app rewards!

My charge 2 has not synced since last night 🙄

I've been having the same issue for several months now, the Charge 2 would not connect or sync to my iPhone. After none of the troubleshooting steps worked, support sent me a replacement, which ALSO will not connect. Just spoke with them today, and they are sending yet another replacement, but I don't exactly have my hopes up that it will work. There is something going on with the Charge 2, apparently, I've seen lots of people on the forums with the same or similar issues, and I can't seem to get an actual answer or explanation from Fitbit.

I am in contact with customer support at the moment.
Hopefully we can get a resolution. Otherwise the next step is another brand i think ad this is my third failure.

Ditto. My Charge 2 stopped syncing 3-9-2019 - Here is the post I made today, 3-12-2019, but no one has responded yet.
Charge 2 quit syncing with BOTH Android (Samsung 😎 and Windows 10 PC Dashboard.
Have already tried, on each device:
Charge 2 is 32 months old. It is in excellent shape. No scratches on screen. No problems charging ...
First time I've had a problem with the Charge 2.
HELP, Please.
FWIW. Don't know if I should be glad I'm not the only one having problems or not. Plus, just been having problems for a few days, VS months ...
Okay. The following has worked:
What fixed the problem: I did the following:
1) force closed the Fitbit app on my phone
2) Went to Fitbit.com on a computer and reset my password
3) started the Fitbit app on my phone [device]
4) On the device, started the app and logged out.
5) on the device again, in the app, logged in.
Synced. We will see if it keeps syncing.

I have been having the same issue for a few months even spent a half hour on phone with tech support still nothing. Won't sync with 🤔

switch off all other communication methods on your phone - -mine worked after I did this
