Charge 2 won't sync since Aug 20

I have even disabled the app and re installed the app....I can not get it to sync  since Aug 20

Same here. Last sync October 10. I unpaired and now it will not pair

Well it is going better now. I have to recharge once at 30% and fix it harder on my wrist.

Same here, nothing is try is working, my Aria 2 scales sync fine. I can't seem to get a straight answer from fitbit just the same cut and paste follow these instructions.

I broke down and just bought Charge4. I suppose that is what they want.

Hey Aribana,

Did you ever get a resolution for the syncing probs? I had some health issues this Fall & hadn't used the App/website until recently, when I discovered ALL MY DATA since that magic date of AUG 23 is gone!

I was regularly verifying my Charge 2 was connected because of past Bluetooth drops, but foolishly thought being connected meant my data was syncing. Anyway, I figured I'd be your 44th Reply before investigating further.

Hi there. I went back to factory settings and then went back and reloaded
my details and all has been fine.
