My charge 2 stop syncing about 3 months ago. It will connect maybe 4 or 5 days at a time. The only method I can get it to sync is to plug the fitbit into the charger and reset it by holding down the power button. Then it will sync. Is it my phone that Bluetooth not syncing or it my charge going haywire.

Hey @ncfox
Sometimes you may have problem with syncing via Bluetooth to your mobile phone because it isn't compatible with the Fitbit App. And I am sorry to say that only the Moto G and Moto G2 are supported. In the meantime, I suggest syncing with a Fitbit-compatible device or syncing to a computer instead

Hey @ncfox, welcome aboard! Just like @kk15405, compatibility issues are present because the Moto G5 Plus isn't on the compatible devices list but maybe you were able to set up your Charge 2 and sometimes sync it with that phone model because still under testing. However, you can try to troubleshoot this by following the tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? And it might improve the syncing feature.
Let me know how it goes!

Have Moto G5 Plus with Android 8 that started having sync issues late last summer after Fitbit App update. Syncs OK with PC (Windows 10) IF I TURN OFF BLUE TOOTH ON PHONE. Otherwise, will sync with phone for a day or two after doing a reset.
Before Fitbit app software update last summer, it worked fine. Now have sync problems, notification issues, and GPS tracking doesn't work.
Anyone know what was the last stable version of Android Fitbit app that worked with Moto G5 Plus?
Thanks!
