Charge 2 won't sync to my Galaxy S8

So I have searched through other forums to see if any solution can help me with my problem.

 

My Fitbit stopped syncing to my phone on July 5, 2019. I have tried restarting my phone, force closes the app, turn off the blue tooth, restart the Fitbit, and look at the setting on my Fitbit. Now that I have unpaired my Fitbit from my Bluetooth it cannot find my watch anymore. I don't understand why it is not connecting anymore. help, please.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
