Charge 2 won't sync to new time zone.

This is the second time I have had this problem in two months. Tried syncing three times and watch shows that it HAS synced, but time zone has not changed. Apple iphone synced automatically. Congratulations Apple. Turned blue tooth off and on as per instructions. "Removed Charge 2" to reprogram. After reprograming it still shows my old time zone. During reprograming no question was asked as to what time zone I am currently in. Surprised Fitbit can make this process user friendly. I think there is an Apple watch in my future.

Have you gone to Fitbit.com, clicked on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings and made the change under "Time Zone" and scrolled down to click on Submit and then synced your tracker?

Thank you very much for your response. I have tried using your suggestions and have checked bluetooth to make sure I was connected. I am in Dallas so I am using GMT -6. Still won't update. Must be a problem with the watch itself. Thanks again for trying to help.
