Until recently, I had no problem syncing my Charge 2 HR with my laptop. Since the beginning of August I have no longer been able to do that anymore. I installed the Fitbit app on my iPhone X, but it can't seem to find my watch to pair with so I can sync with the app.
Any ideas? I have tried many of the ways suggested, such as restarting the watch, turning off Bluetooth, etc...

I tried these methods and the results are the same.
I can't sync with my computer, as I was able to do recently.
My iPhone's Bluetooth can't seem to find my tracker and pair with it, so I can use the Fitbit app.
I have tried restarting all devices.
Frustrating, especially since all worked well just a short time ago.
The Fitbit app wants to update my tracker, but when it tries to begin, I get the message that "something went wrong".
