Charge 2 won't sync with my Google Pixel 3

Similar to the thread below, I cannot connect my Charge2 to my Google Pixel 3. Apparantly this is a known issue. Please advise on timescales for a resolution. Thank you.

Hi @Some.kind.of.BK, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the syncing issue that your Charge 2 has experienced, we don't have a time frame about when a solution is going to be released.

 

However, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article if you haven't tried them. After trying these steps, monitor your tracker and see if it syncs properly.
