Charge 2 won't sync with my i-phone

I haven't been able to sync my FitBit Charge 2 with my phone for 2 days now.  It's charged full....I've charged my phone....I've shut it down 3 times....not sure what to do, any ideas?  thanks... 🙂

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

if none of that works then contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
