Ok so my charge 2 stoped syncing 1/28/19 I have since got a new phone and is still not syncing I was on a I phone 6 now I’m on a I phone x any help would be appropriated thanks

@Aculver Welcome! It's great to see you around! Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. Also delete your tracker from your previous phone.

Thank you it worked I had to do 6 times before it would do but it finally did it thanks for the help
