Has something happened? Fitbit was sync'ing regularly and then suddenly, beginning January 1......Nothing!

I just had a chat with customer service. This is what they walked me through: Close the app on your phone, open it again and then tap the icon on the top left which may or may not have your pic on it, tap "set up a device", scroll to Charge 2 and tap, tap "Replace Your Fitbit Charge 2" at the bottom. This fixed the connection issue for me. Best wishes with yours.
