I let my Charge 2 run out of battery and didn't wear it for a month. I charged it up again a few days ago and it's stuck on the date and time of when it ran out and it won't synch with my Android phone... it was working perfectly before. I have tried a soft reset a few times with no success. I figured maybe a factory reset would be the solution but as soon as I unplug the device, it flips to the Notification screen and if I keep the button held down it simply toggles between Notification on/off. Any ideas as to what I can do please?

@Lizsil12 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing. The Charge 2 doesn't have a factory reset so I don't know which instructions you are following. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!
