@Cichyy, welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. I want to clarify that the syncing process is handled by the Fitbit app not your phone's bluetooth settings. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:
Let me know how it goes.

I have a similar problem. I am using Mi 9 SE with Android P and from the list of supported devices given here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315
none of the Xiaomi phones are supported by fitbit now. In that case what to do please suggest!
Also, I would like to mention that my phone is able to detect the tracker and after entering the 4 digit number the phone gives up before pairing up with the tracker.
I have tried all the methods suggested in various relevant posts (phone restart, bluetooth restart, clear bluetooth paired data, tracker restart), but none seems to work. Never felt so helpless with fitbit syncing to my phone!! 😞
Any alternate suggestions most welcome.
