Charge 2 won't track heart rate

one of the sensors instead of being green it's white. Can this be fixed?

@carleasha, welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your heart rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

Well tried that. One of the 2 lights are out and the middle piece is cracked. Since I cleaned it it won't even hold a charge now.
