I started using my Charge 2 for the first time in several years, but I can’t get it to track sleep. The firmware is version 22.58.0, whichI believe is up to date. I tried restarting the app, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, cycling my bluetooth, changing sleep mode to Sensitive. It recorded 40 minutes of sleep night before last, but nothing last night. I had it pushed up my wrist to ensure good contact. This used to work just fine. Am I doing something wrong now or is it just too old to work with the current app software?

Hi, @Pandaran , if your Charge 2 is still working and still reading your heart rate it should be capable of tracking sleep - and if it indeed recorded 40 minutes of sleep one night then it sounds like it does still work. I would recommend giving your old faithful Charge 2 a restart . Try again for another couple of nights and see how it goes, paying close attention to whether or not it is consistently reading your heart rate - which is important for sleep tracking.
Having said all that, the Charge 2 is definitely an older device (even the Charge 6 is more than a year old) so whenever you decide to upgrade I think you will be amazed at the improved insights you can gain just from a little wrist worn watch!
Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
