I restarted my Fitbit Charge 2 HR because it was not connecting via bluetooth. However, it not will not turn on. I hold in the button for plenty of seconds and the screen remains blank. It does not go through a start up. Is something wrong with it? It also had about 50% battery when this happened.

@hmol1930 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't turning on. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

It does not turn on. It is completely dead and plugging it in does nothing. There is no screen or HR lights.
