  • My Fitbit died, but when I connected it to charge, it didn't do anything. I tried restarting multiple times, but nothing happened. The app says that the battery is empty.

All rechargeable batteries have a lifespan.  The Charge 2 is an older model tracker.  Based on what you wrote, it sounds like your battery is at the end of its lifespan.
