My charge 2 has stopped working from yesterday. It does not charge or turn on. I have done the troubleshoot steps as under:
1. Cleaned the charging pins and holes on the device
2. Kept it on charge for long time
3. Tried resetting the device
It doesnt connect via bluetooth or pair to the app. Basically the screen/device has gone dead. My product is out of warranty. Any suggestion how I can get this started again ?
