My mom gave me her charge 2 today. It's been working all day and all of a suddenly it shut off. I tried resetting and it just won't work. It's on the charger now. What do I do?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
