Charge 2 won't turn on

Midway through a walk tonight, my Fitbit went black and will not power on. It was charged and has been working fine. I tried putting it on the the charging cable and powering it up or reseting it but had no luck. My app shows it is fully charged but of course will not sync because it has no power. Help please

I have solved my problem of my Fitbit not working.
I ended up dumping fitbit and went with Samsung S3 frontier
It was the best choice, Samsung is so much better, I highly encourage
anyone also having issues, to just toss their fitbit away and get a
Frontier or other Samsung tracking device.

My screen went blank also. I have tried all the above suggestions but mine will not even vibrate. the green lights on the underneath are flashing, and I have the clip on correctly. but it wont vibrate or turn on at all.

Any Help??

I dumped fitbit tired of them breaking. I do HIGHLY recommend Samsung
gear 3 . So much better

Can someone please delete this. I got rid of fitbit and now own samsung.
Let me tell you. Way way better than fitbit. PLEASE DELETE THIS WHOEVER

Mine randomly powered down. Won't charge. Won't reset. Nothing . Dead

Mine too! Completed the three times reboot once before it died. Only stayed alive for maybe an hour after that.

I've tried this process, however my Fitbit is fully charged and isn't showing up on my screen.

Bought mine in April 2018 not worn it for about 2 months when I wore it for work today it worked for 2 hours then went dead, nothing works to get it working again....... just out of warranty, typical.

Charge 2 working well up till yesterday charged as normal then stopped working. Tried charging several times once it started again but only for a few minutes then dead again  help please

Same thing happened to my fitbit 2, I tried 5 times and still nothing has happened

Depending on how long you have had your Fitbit, try emailing them, mine would not work after trying everything everybody suggested, only had mine a year.

I'm having same problem I connected my Fitbit to charging cable and connected to USB port but it will not even vibrate as if its charging it does nothing
