My Charge 2 has always worked great, until a week ago,  when it died.  Why does the Charge 2 die suddenly? Does it have a battery that needs to be replaced? It always charged with the clip charger, until a week ago, when it died, suddenly.  Very sad:(

@Gideonnicoletti Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about your Charge 2 since it won't turn on.

 

Regarding your question, I would like to know if your Charge 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
