I fully charged the battery of my Fitbit Charge 2. It was working for 20 minutes after I unplugged it, and now nothing happens. The screen doesn't turn on. The lights on the back don't turn on. Is the watch dead?

Hi, @Charge_Versa , as I am sure you are aware, the Charge 2 is quite an old device these days in electronic terms. Had it been left without charge for a long time before you revived it? It’s possible that it may have come to the end of its useable life. I would recommend popping it on the charger again for a while and see if it revives again, and how quickly it discharges a second time. It may also be worth giving it a restart if possible.
If you do manage to get it going again, it is worth having a look at this help article about how to maximise your Fitbit’s battery life. Charging little and often is key.
Good luck, and let us know how it goes!

The same happened to my Charge 2 on saturday. It was low on battery (10%) so I put it in the charger as normal. The next morning the screen was black, and it will not come on whatever I try. But the green lights on the back for pulseregistration is blinking as normal.....

Mine has done the same thing today.
I put it on a quick charge before using it, it died mid-exercise. Got home and put it on the charger for a couple of hours. The screen is now black with the green lights flashing roughly every second.
Have tried restarting it multiple times but no result.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

No fix to suggest sorry but wanted to say same happened to my charge 2. It's working but no display for over a week.. Have recharged fully, rebooted several times & searched forums. Looks like this is a fault. Have emailed fitbit.

Hiya, did you manage to get a response?

Hi yes they suggested
"As the restart did not help to resolve the issue, we would like to ask you to try changing the clock face on your Fitbit device. You can find instructions for how to change your Clock face in the help article - How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? Make sure to change the clock face 2 or 3 times and that the clock face you change to is under the category By Fitbit."
Unfortunately it didn't help. Asked for a refurbished charge 2 but there are none.
I've been offered a discount on a new one. Seems like the Google takeover means fitbit is not being supported long term. Fit bit seems to be dropping down the ratings lists.
Given mine is still sync-ing with phone app even with no display, I need to workout if I just want a low key tracker or smart watch functionality. For now no solution on offer if about clock change doesn't work.
