Hi @Vpolyakova why was it removed from your Fitbit account? If because of a sync issue, you will first have to fix the sync issue.

Hi Rich_Laue,

I removed the strava connection from my fitbit account because that was what I googled and other threads suggested to do this in an attempt to resynchronize fitbit to strava. Fitbit is successfully syncing onto the fitbit app on my phone it's just not showing up on strava. I'm using a pixel 2 XL.

Your runs or bike rides have been recorded with GPS? Correct?

I think so! They used to be.... Is this something which could have stopped functioning??

Let's open one of the exercises you are questioning. 

It needs to be a run or bike ride. Walks will not sync to Strava. 

You will see a map of the route, no map, no sync.
